Foundational Training for Community Health Workers in Oklahoma
This training was developed for Community Health Workers, Community Health Representatives, and Promotores de Salud in Oklahoma. The training modules are aligned with the CHW core competencies as described in the Community Health Worker Core Consensus (C3) Project (C3 Project). Upon completion of the training, a Certificate of Completion will be provided. Currently, the training is available at no cost to participants. SONRISA
Completed at the Arizona Prevention Research Center in 2005, SONRISA is a bilingual curriculum / toolkit that is designed to support CHWs in helping their clients prevent or manage diabetes and its mental/emotional health complications.
